This spell channels the wrath of the Judaic angel, Nuriel to destroy the caster’s enemies with supernatural hail stones called from the cloud peaks of heaven. The hail stones form into 2” balls of ice that fall with great ferocity. The hail, imbued with cold and holy energy from their heavenly origin, deal 2d4 bludgeoning, 1d6 cold damage, and 1d6 holy damage to all in the area of effect. Good creatures ignore the holy damage, and spell resistance can negate the cold and holy damage. Creatures in the area of effect may take Reflex saves to suffer half damage. Structures, trees and plants suffer as their hardness allows them to endure.
The material spell component for this spell is a diamond worth 100gp or more. It is consumed in the casting. The spell focus for this spell is a holy symbol, which must be made of silver and worth at least 25gp. The holy symbol is not consumed in the casting.
